Computers, laptops and tablets aren't included in either plan. Desk phones for the phone system are bought separately and are yours to keep.

Expert Guidance hours are prepaid time with our team. Use them for anything, from a website change to a new phone menu to a workflow overhaul. No proposal, no scoping call. Just ask.
Hours come from one pool, and the work goes to whichever Red Barn team is best suited for it. Use them to have us do it, or to have us teach your team to do it yourselves.

Common questions
Do I need a monthly plan to buy hours?
No. Anyone can buy Expert Guidance at $150/hr, or $120/hr with a 20-hour block. A monthly plan brings the rate down to $72/hr.
Can I start small and switch plans later?
Yes. Most businesses start with Managed Web and move to Essentials when they're ready. It's the same platform and the same team, so nothing has to be rebuilt.
Who actually does the work?
Our own team in Binghamton: web, IT, design and production people who work together in the same building. No call centers, no outsourced support.
